I may not look like you.
I may not sound like you.
You may help me eat,
You may help me breathe;
You may help me shower.
I may not smile a lot
I may not talk at all.
I may not ever dance.
All these may be true;
But there’s more to me,
If you are patient,
If you give me a chance.
Perhaps I can share a glimpse
Of the so many things
I could become.
