Understanding Community Involvement

Community Involvement is an NDIS-funded support designed to help participants engage in social, recreational, educational, and community-based activities. It focuses on building confidence, developing social skills, and creating opportunities for meaningful participation in everyday community life.

At Just You Disability Support Services, we understand that everyone has different interests, goals, and aspirations. That’s why we tailor our support to help participants access activities they enjoy while fostering independence, personal growth, and stronger community connections.

Whether you’re looking to meet new people, explore hobbies, attend local events, or become more active in your community, our support workers are here to help you participate with confidence and ease.

At Just You DSS, our support coordinators take a person-centred approach — getting to know you, your goals, and your circumstances before making any recommendations. We advocate for you, resolve issues with your plan, and ensure every dollar of your NDIS funding is used effectively.
